The Leadership Academy
The Leadership Academy is a 12-month group coaching model designed for middle- and upper-management in service-related organizations and industries. Comprehensive assessment, monthly learning sessions, and one-on-one coaching helps participants develop self-leadership and essentials of managing others and building successful work teams.

EQi® Certification and Training
PEOPLESMARTS uses the Bar-On EQi® to measure emotional intelligence and competencies. The EQi® has been validated across multiple populations for over 25 years, providing specific data on 15 subscales of emotional competency. We provide certification in administration of the EQi® to qualified professionals, and EQi® assessment and feedback for recruitment and selection, talent management, and executive coaching.

Organizational Consulting and Executive Development
PeopleSmarts offers individual and organizational assessment, consulting and coaching tailored to your specific needs. We use a variety of assessment instruments, including the Bar-On EQi®, DISC, Workplace Motivators® (Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values), HBDI, 16PF and 360-degree feedback surveys and interviews.
