HIRESMART
Preparing people for entry or re-entry into the workforce goes beyond training in technical skills. Building a set of life skills, in addition to computer or other job-related skills, increases potential for long-term employability and success.
The HireSmart division of PEOPLESMARTS provides training and education in basic and advanced computer and other technical skills, in addition to training in emotional competencies and life skills development. Through classroom learning and practice, internships and supervised employment, participants are prepared for real-world work in a competitive job market.
